Why does my incident contain an administrator note with the text 'Created by foreign proxy'?
Environment:
Incoming Emails
Oracle B2C Service all versions
Issue:
Incident contains an administrator note with the text 'Created by foreign proxy.
Resolution:
The foreign proxy incident creation is part of the cross site email management mentioned in Answer ID 6922 Cross-site email management use case
When an email is sent from one B2C site to another B2C site, this will be considered a foreign proxy incident creation and the 'Created by foreign proxy' text will appear in the initial note.
