Resolution:
CP v3.10.3 is a Nano upgrade, where the major change is the ORTL (Oracle Rich Text Library) uptake on the community self-service portal. ORTL uptake means the library (CKE) that was supporting the rich text editor of the Social Page or the Community Self Service Portal page would be replaced with the ORTL. During the upgrade, a few minor changes can be observed with the rich text editor of the Social page like below,
- The link Tab is Modified to have only the Link URL
- Smiley support has been removed going forward for ORTL
- Images Control has been modified.
- Paragraph Format has been renamed to Heading.
- Font Background Color Additional Control has been added in ORTL along with Font Color
- Insert Code Block – A new component has been added.
- Insert Table – A new component has been added.
- Font Size – A new component has been added.
- Insert Media – A new component has been added.
- Font Family – A new component has been added.
The CP version will be upgraded to 3.10.3 for the customers whose CP portal is in the current version (CPv3.10) and is upgrading to 24B, and the rest of the customers will need to upgrade CP and CX (B2C Service) to the latest version (CPv3.10 and 24B respectively).
