What is SaaS Unlimited?

Our commitment to excellence starts with you. Oracle will continue to make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure Oracle B2C Service remains available in accordance with your service description and existing support commitments.

Oracle recognizes that Oracle B2C Service is deeply integrated into your business operations and customer experience strategy. SaaS Unlimited reflects Oracle’s long-term commitment to providing customers with a stable, secure, and predictable support lifecycle while protecting the value of their existing investment.

As part of this commitment:

  • Quarterly update releases for Oracle B2C Service will continue through May 31, 2036, delivering ongoing security updates, critical defect resolutions, compliance support, platform stability improvements, and selective product enhancements.
  • Customers will continue working with the same Oracle support teams they rely on today, with no changes to existing service delivery models, SLAs, or support experience.
  • Oracle will continue investing in operational efficiency, platform simplification, service resiliency, and selective product improvements designed to strengthen reliability, scalability, maintainability, and product security over the long term.
  • Your teams can continue using the applications and workflows they know today, without immediate disruption or mandatory migration requirements.
  • No forced migrations. No surprises.

Oracle encourages customers to use this long-term support runway to plan future modernization initiatives at a pace that aligns with their business priorities.

Why SaaS Unlimited?

SaaS Unlimited builds on the success of the Oracle Applications Unlimited program, reinforcing Oracle’s long-standing commitment to customer stability, operational continuity, and ongoing support.

Rather than requiring disruptive transitions, SaaS Unlimited provides Oracle B2C Service customers with a predictable long-term support model focused on security, reliability, resiliency, and lifecycle stability through May 31, 2036.

This approach allows customers to maximize the value of their existing investment while planning future transformation initiatives on their own timeline and according to their business needs.
