Why a specific mailbox is not visible in incident business rule condition?

Business Rules, Mailboxes
Oracle B2C Service, All versions
Resolution:
In order to select a mailbox in incident business rule condition, the mailbox must be enabled for incoming, outgoing, or both. Mailbox that is enabled for incoming email will be part of Incidents > Incoming Mailbox menu. Mailbox that is enabled for outgoing email will be part of Incidents > Mailbox menu.
