Can we create custom hooks for KA CP UI widgets via OOTB CP UI .../config/hooks.php file?

Resolution:
The OOTB CP UI .../config/hooks.php facilitates the hooks extension for CX-side CP UI widget functionalities via PHP using the 'CallHook' libarary. It is for CX-side CP UI widget functionalities only. Ie, it does not provide custom hook for KA widget (for example 'okcs/DocumentRating') to extend functionalities via PHP using the 'CallHook' libarary.
