Why does the KA author/owner receive the Recommendation task notification/email despite that the "Enable email notifications for this task" checkbox is unchecked at the "Recommendation Task Properties" page?
Environment:
Knowledge Advanced for Oracle B2C Service
Resolution:
If KA author/owner's Console User profile has checked the "Enable email notifications for tasks assigned to me" checkbox in the "Tasks Notifications" section, he would receive the Recommendation task notification/email despite that the "Enable email notifications for this task" checkbox is unchecked at the "Recommendation Task Properties" page.
