Altering the workspace for BUI to align with the .NET layout

Why does my workspace layout look different in the Browser UI than the .NET Agent Desktop, when using the same workspace?
Environment:
Oracle B2C Service
Browser User Interface (BUI)
Issue:
Instead of the default Browser UI layout with the Summary tab as the first tab, we would like the Summary fields to be above the other tabs like they are in the .NET agent desktop.
Resolution:
The summary panel may appear as the first tab in the primary tabset of a workspace or it may be placed in a persistent panel above the primary tabset. Use the .NET-based Smart Client to set the Summary Panel Alignment control Options property to specify the placement of the summary information of a record.
- Select the value First Tab to show the summary information in the first tab of the primary tabset (this is the default setting for BUI).
- Select the value Top to show the summary information in a persistent panel above the primary tabset.
