Why does BUI allow more than one tab to be open in the browser?

Resolution:
The Browser User Interface console allows more than one tab to be opened in the browser using the same account login credentials. This functionality is browser controlled and cannot be prevented. The agent login session is managed properly through the product and browser with any special features that may be added to your console. If the agent attempts to open the console in a different browser, the session in the other browser will expire.
