What is my Cloud Account Name? I am having trouble logging in.
On the main log in screen, under Cloud Account, you must first select Traditional Cloud Account from the dropdown menu. Then you will select your data center in order to log in.
What is the difference between My Account and My Applications (previously My Services)?
My Account is the portal to monitor the status of all your services for the entire account. This includes services across data centers and all identity domains. This is the initial portal you will use to activate your service.
My Applications is the portal to manage your individual services once they are activated. You will login separately for each individual environment - production and test.

How do I remove an Account Admin? One of our team members is no longer at the company.
To remove an account admin: follow the steps outlined here:
1. Sign in to Applications home
2. Select: User Management
3. Select the Action hamburger icon to the right of the name you wish to remove.
4. Click Delete.
