Why does the clickstreams table not show my answer views or ratings?

Oracle B2C Service all versions

Resolution:

If you're viewing answers and providing feedback for them on the customer portal pages and you're not seeing these actions in the clickstreams table, make sure you are doing so on the production pages of your customer portal. The actions taken on the Development, Staging or Reference implementation pages will not get recorded.

The reason behind the actions not getting recorded in the Development, Staging or Reference implementation pages is that these pages are meant for testing purposes only and should not influence the statistics of your production pages.
