It exemplifies our commitment to ensure a superior customer experience when interacting with Oracle B2C Service and provides an environment for our customers to interact with each other.
This is where you will find the latest release information on Human Capital Management solutions, for example, or upcoming events related to Enterprise Resource Planning, answers to use-case questions specific to Supply Chain Management, or executive messaging on Customer Experience. In addition, you can contribute to product roadmap by sharing ideas via the Idea Lab. This is truly your one-stop-shop for information.
Access to Oracle Cloud Customer Connect:
The Service Discussion Forums on Oracle Cloud Customer Connect are available to an unlimited number of contacts within your organization. The community does require a login and authentication, though. New users will need to register an account in order to access the community.
