Why is the Advanced Searches Summary report not displaying any data?

Environment

Oracle Knowledge Advanced - all releases

Resolution

When trying to add the Advanced Searches Summary report for Knowledge Advanced to the Navigation Set, one can notice that there are two reports with the same name:

     - one under Reports Explorer > Components > Analytics

     - the other under Reports Explorer > Public Reports > Common > Data Integration > ID 18010

The one under Reports Explorer > Components > Analytics is meant for creating Managed Search Query tasks, based on the search keyword statistics using the link in the Action column.

This report works with a small data set and, in order to run it, it has to be filtered either using the time range or the selected interfaces filters. Otherwise, it will not display any data.

For all other purposes, it is the Advanced Searches Summary report (ID 18010) listed under the Data Integration folder that should be used.
