  • Series Overview - Learn about the series overview and how to get started with Oracle B2C Service.
  • Staff Accounts Profiles Navigation Sets - Learn about the ins and outs of how staff accounts, profiles and navigation sets work together and give agents access to features and functionality within Oracle B2C Service.
  • Knowledge Management - Learn how to set up Knowledge for Oracle B2C Service to allow agents to be more efficient and helpful.
