Why isn't the Live Expert Cobrowse button displaying on our end-user pages in IE11?

Cobrowse Premium V4
Resolution:
JavaScript must be enabled in the browser for the Cobrowse button to display. Please see the following article explaining how to enable JavaScript in browsers:
