Why can't I find any chat reports or the Chat reports folder when going to Public Reports -> Service in the Reports explorer?

Environment:  

Oracle B2C Service all versions

Issue:  

When I try to find the chat reports by going to the Public Reports -> Service there is no Chat reports folder.

Resolution:

The Chat reports folder only shows up if you have chat enabled for that interface. If you would like to be able to access the chat reports on this interface you would have to create a service request and our Enablement team will assist you further with your request.

In the meantime, you can use the chat reports on an interface that chat is already enabled on.
