Is there a limit of Answers that can be created/stored on the console?
There is currently no hard limit set for the number of Answers that can be created and stored in the Oracle Service Cloud application.
However, as the database grows in size and there are too many Answers, you may notice some site performance issues in regards to searching and reports.
There are no purge requirements for Answers as there are for incidents and chat data, since they can be manually deleted. Please note, you can use the multi-select feature and then right click on the group of answers and select 'Delete'.
