Why do certain characters (like some emojii) fail to render in workspaces and reports?

Resolution:
Multiple question marks, "??", in .NET or encoded values like 😒 in BUI fields occur when 4-byte Unicode characters (typically emojis) are added to fields that do not use a Unicode-compatible character set. Oracle B2C Service does have support for 4-byte Unicode characters within Incident threads and Chat threads. However, other fields will not be able to display the characters.
