How to I resolve the "This account does not have access to the Agent Browser User Interface" error encountered when attempting to login to Browser UI console?

Environment:

Browser UI (BUI) console
Oracle B2C Service

Resolution:

Account profiles must have the Agent Browser Interface -> Account Authentication permission enabled before accounts can expect to be able to login to the BUI console. To enable this permission first open the relevant account profile. Click the Permissions toolbar button, and on the Administration tab you should see the check box for this permission.
