How do I use range operators in a filter while creating a data lifecycle policy?

Resolution:
The data lifecycle policies will enforce restrictions on using the range operators (>, >=, <, <=, <>) in a filter in a template. Only the last filter of a template can use all the range operators and the other filters in a template can only use equals operator to define a policy. This restriction is enforced to ensure the custom policies are performant while identifying the data set for purge or archive operation.
