How do I view the execution statistics of data lifecycle policies at object level and policy level?

Environment:

Oracle B2C Service Browser User Interface (BUI), Data Lifecycle Policies

Resolution:

Data lifecycle policies now provides execution statistics of policies defined in a site. The execution statistics is provided for each policy and also the statistics are aggregated at object level.

A new tab called Usage Statistics is added for each Object and Policy in the Agent Web. Upon opening the tab from the policy definition page the execution statistics of the policy is displayed. The Daily Record Count displays the number of records impacted (Archived/Purged) by the policy over the last 30 days. Likewise the Daily Performance chart displays the time taken (in sec) by the policy for successful completion in a day. The admins can drill down on the Daily Record count chart by clicking on the data point of any give date and view the hourly record count and so on till seconds. The Daily Performance chart will also display the corresponding time taken (in sec) for hourly, minute, and seconds.

The aggregated execution statistics is available at the policy level. The total number of records impacted and its total execution time taken (in sec) by all policies defined under an object is presented in the Usage Statistics at object level. The drill down capability is also available for Usage Statistics at object level.

Note: The execution statistics of the policies is available only for the last 30 days from the current date.
