For users (Agents or Admins) handling reports in the Browser UI, a new function for sorting report slice groups based on group counts has been made available. This is an update to the Report Slice group sorting that improves the agent's experience by including the option in addition to sorting based on group name (Ascending or descending). This update is helpful to users when slice groups have a higher number of records.

Users can navigate to the options on the opened report and select the slicing feature. The user will see an option to check "Display Group Counts" on the popup. Next to slicing details, a check box for sorting based on group counts will be enabled. Upon checking this checkbox and submitting the option (after selecting ascending or descending order), the slice groups will be sorted per the user’s selection. Please note, the options for sort by count will only be visible after checking the display group count option.
