Unable to manually adjust action time in offline mode

Environment:

Oracle Field Service (OFS)

 

Issue:

My User Type has the permission 'Set action time' selected. When trying to start an activity and set an action time in the future, I received the error "No network connection. You should be online to manually adjust action time." 

 

Resolution:

The 'Set Action Time' setting in Configuration > User Types > Generalcontrols the functionality that allows users to change the action time on several screens. You can change the action time only when you are online. When you are offline, the application prompts you to go online to complete the action. You must switch to online to start the activity with the time that differs from your current time.
