How can I purge thousands of organizations?
Environment:
Data Lifecycle Policy
Agent Browser UI only
Oracle B2C Service, All Releases
Resolution:
You are able to purge multiple organization records by creating a report-based Data Lifecycle Policy when following the instructions in the online documentation below.
As a reminder, you should remove all child objects before the parent object. In this type of scenario, remove the contacts from the desired organizations after removing all the incidents from those organization's contacts.
