Cobrowse widget is not visible in a certain browser

Why is the Cobrowse widget not visible in a specific Internet browser, but I can see it in other browsers?

Environment:

Chat, Cobrowse
Oracle B2C Service

Issue:

When accessing a page in a certain browser, the Cobrowse widget is missing. The widget is visible in other browsers. 

Resolution:

Some extensions used for blocking adds may also block the Cobrowse widget. If this is the case, you should see in the Developer Tool Logs > Console tab the following error:

init error: Error: ERR_TIMEOUT

The user needs to disable the add blocker extension for that site and load the page again. The Cobrowse widget should then be visible.
