In the Browser User Interface (BUI) how to I define the size of an image pasted into an incident thread?
Environment:
Incident Thread Images, Inline Images
Oracle B2C Service, All product versions
Issue:
When an image is pasted within an incident thread, an agent can double-click the image to open the Image Properties pop-up window. Properties of the image, including width and height, can be set within.
