Why am I no longer seeing the Cobrowse widget after an ACB session?

Environment:

Chat, Cobrowse
Oracle B2C Service

Issue:

After concluding an Advanced Cobrowse (ACB) session, the end user will notice the Cobrowse widget has disappeared from the end user page.

Resolution:

This behavior is not an issue and it is working as designed. After an Advanced Cobrowse session terminates, the Cobrowse widget will disappear on the end user side, even on the page where the session originated from. The Cobrowse widget will become visible again after the page where the widget is placed is refreshed or when accessing a new URL with Cobrowse.
