Why are my BI Publisher options greyed out even after installing the correct version as outlined in the Intelligent Advisor (OPA) documentation?

After you have downloaded the BI Publisher, you still need to prepare the RTF form template. In order to design an RTF form template, you firstly need to load data into the BI Publisher Template Builder in Word.The simplest way to do this is to load the sample Extensible Markup Language (XML) data file for the form.
