Activities Displayed in Print and Print Route Report

What activities are displayed in Print option and Print Route report?

Environment:

All versions of Oracle Field Service (OFS)

Issue:

I cannot find information about what activities are shown when I click the option Print or when viewing Print Route report.

Resolution:

Print and Print Route report display routes for the selected Field Resource. The report shows both Internal and Customer (including Pre-Work) activities that have the following statuses:

  • Pending
  • Started
  • Completed
  • Suspended

Print and Print Route reports do not display activities that have the following statuses:

  • Canceled
  • Not Done
