How do I set a custom field record with SOAP?
Environment:
Version February 2017 and newer
Connect Common object Model (CCOM) version 1.3 and newer
Connect Common object Model (CCOM) version 1.3 and newer
Resolution:
Please see the attached .xml files "Basic Create" and "Basic Update" which contain sample XML payload that can be used to set a custom field through SoapUI.
Please note the credentials and incident IDs from the attached .xml files would need to be modified, before using the payload/s.
