Why am I unable to add Guided Assistance to a workspace?

Environment:

Workspaces
Oracle B2C Service, All supported versions

Resolution:

Due to the nature of Multi-Edit Workspaces, Guided Assistance is not an available feature.

If you find there is not an option within the Insert Control tab of the Workspace Editor for the Guided Assistance, be sure that you are editing a single record Workspace and not a Multi-Edit Workspace.

Cause:

For standard Workspaces, Guided Assistance is available and can be dragged and dropped from within the Insert Control tab of the ribbon onto the standard Workspace.
