How do we track the people and/or verify those who have responded or have not responded to the survey?

Resolution:

From within a survey, you can click the Results tab to view a variety of results reports showing summary information regarding the survey and how people responded to the questions.

In addition, within the Feedback > Survey Performance reports folder, three reports give summary information based on survey type and include the number of surveys sent and opened:

• Broadcast Survey Summary
• Transactional Survey Summary
• Website Link Survey Summary
