How should I create a new Oracle Field Service (OFS) Service Request?
Oracle Field Service (OFS)
In order to achieve a faster response, OFS service requests should include, at least, the following information:
- User to login as when viewing issue.
- Exact steps to reproduce the issue (with attachments, screenshots, videos, etc. when possible).
- Description of issue/error seen.
- Workaround (if identified).
- Expected behavior.
- Conclusion of answers needed from OFS Support.
