Can I use deprecated product features and managed API versions when developing new customizations on my site?

All product versions
Resolution:
Deprecated product features and managed API versions are not to be used for new implementations. Any customizations developed using a deprecated product feature or managed API versions will not be supported. This includes suspected product bugs encountered during that development.
