これらの標準変数とは別に、システムで定義されているテーブル内のカスタム・フィールドとカスタム属性も又、標準テキスト内で使用できるようになります。カスタムフィールドを出力するための変数は次の形式になります。
$<table>.c$<custom field column name>
各テーブル内のいくつかの標準フィールドは、システム定義変数として仕様できないように設計されています。チャット内で使用された場合、インシデントとコンタクトタイプの変数のみレンダリングされます。
システム定義変数へアクセスするには：
１：ナビゲーションパネルにある構成 ボタンをクリック
２：ツリー内にある「サービス」の下の標準テキストをダブルクリック
３：ツリー内の標準テキストをクリックして開く
４：システム定義変数を表示するには、「値」 セクションにある'＄'をクリック
