Resolution:

The Accessibility Interface was removed in the February 2017 release of Oracle Service Cloud, and replaced by the Oracle Service Cloud Browser User Interface.


How long will we have to use the Accessibility Interface?

The Accessibility Interface product started its deprecation period in November 21, 2016.

What is the alternative to the Accessibility Interface?

The Oracle Service Cloud Browser User Interface is included with seats purchased for the desktop.  The Browser User Interface uses the latest technologies to facilitate better conformance to current accessibility standards and guidelines.

How does my organization migrate from the Accessibility Interface to the Oracle Service Cloud Browser User Interface?
