How do I enable the HTML editor (toolbox) to use when creating or editing surveys or mailings?

Resolution:

The HTML editor (toolbox) allows you to easily add hyperlinks, images, and tables when creating or editing surveys or mailings. It is enabled only if the necessary profile permissions are granted.  However, the permissions for the editor are not under Outreach or Feedback tab of the profile permissions as expect, but under the Service tab.

To grant the necessary permissions for the editor, you will need to enable the HTML Design Mode and Source Mode permissions under the Service tab > Answers.

Notes:

If your site is using Knowledge Advanced, in order for the design tab to appear within the HTML editor the necessary profile permission is Feedback > Documents > HTML Design Mode.
