Why is the Analyze section missing from my report's ribbon?

When viewing reports, the Analyze section is missing from the ribbon. Please find an example in the below screenshot:

In order to manage access to the Analyze ribbon options, you will need to edit the profile of the desired staff account to allow the customization of reports.
To enable the Customize Reports option, use the steps below:
- From the Configuration Items, select Staff Management > Profiles.
- Open the profile associated to the staff account and click the Analytics button on the ribbon.
- Enable the Customize Reports check box. See below for more specific options.
- Save the Profile
Now the specified profile should be able to view the Analyze section in any report. Please refer to the below screenshot:
