Why is my report hiding repeating values for some columns?

Environment:

Analytics
Oracle B2C Service, All versions

Resolution:

If your report is hiding the values of certain columns then it might be possible that 'Hide Repeating Values' is checked for those columns. To change this:

1. Open the report in edit mode
2. Right click on one of the columns where the repeating values are being hidden
3. Chose edit format
4. Click on the "Alignment" tab
5. Uncheck "Hide Repeating Values" (See attached screen shot)
6. Repeat these steps for each column you want repeated values to be made visible
