What is causing the "Upload failed Moved Permanently" error when using CyberDuck version 4.5.2?

Environment:

Customer Portal, WebDAV CyberDuck version 4.5.2

Resolution:

You have an incorrect VHOST name.  If you are using an alternate VHOST instead of the Primary VHOST, you will receive this error when trying to upload or delete files within the customer portal pages.
