アップデートの際には、リストア用のクローンがカットオーバー後96時間の間保存されます。
もしカットオーバー完了後に問題が発見された場合は、サポートサイトのフォームを使用して、サービスリクエストの作成を行なってください。
もしカットオーバー完了後96時間以内にサイトがダウンし(Severity 1)、回避方法や修正方法が見つからなかった場合に限り、サイトのリストアを行い、サイトをカットオーバー直前の状態に戻す事が可能となっております。サイトのリストアには幾つかの問題があるため、あくまでも最終手段としてのみ行なっております:
リストアの際にはデータのロスが生じるため、リストアを行なう前に、お客様側のマネージメントから次の事に対する承認を書面で頂く必要がございます:
リストアのプロセスは次のようになります:
例: もしカットオーバーが2:00 A.M. に行なわれ、1:00 P.M. にリストアが開始された場合は、2:00 A.M. から 1:00 P.M. の間に作成されたお問い合わせやレスポンス、アップデートなど全ての新規レコード、及び行なわれたアクションは失われます。
