Is there any whitelisting needed in my network appliances to use Engagement Engine?

The customer network administration team must ensure that all communication between the Oracle RightNow client application and the Oracle RightNow hosted server is allowed, in an unrestricted manner, through all levels of the customer network. All network appliances must be configured to allow all traffic between the client workstations and the following domains to occur in an unrestricted manner:
*.livelook.com and *.livelook.net (for Cobrowse functionality)
*.birst.com (for Enterprise Analytics functionality)
*.hivelive.com (for Oracle RightNow Social functionality)
*.cx.usd.oraclecloud.com (for Oracle DoD Cloud)
*.estara.com (for Engagement Engine integration)
Applicable network appliances include the following (but are not limited to):
Firewalls must be configured to allow traffic on HTTP port 80 and HTTPS port 443 for the domains listed above.
