Why don't I see my chosen message when I have set the AGENTS_AVAILABLE_CHAT_PLEASE_TRY_MSG configuration setting when using a conditional chat widget?

Cancelled by User
Self Service (customer found an answer)
No Agents Available
Removed from Queue
