Why do I receive a message that POP information is incomplete?
Mailboxes, Sites upgrading to August 2013 or newer
A service mailbox must contain complete POP information if it is enabled for incoming mail.
If you were told your mailbox has incomplete pop infomration, please remove the pop information and disable incoming mail.
Alternately, work with your mail administrators to gather the correct information and enter the pop account, pop server, and password fields. If the mailbox is hosted you can request the pop details from support.
New functionality in versions August 2013 and above, and the self serve mailbox controls in VCIO require that mailboxes be set appropriately.
