Can we load test the Oracle Service Cloud product?

Resolution:
Due to the multi-tenant nature of the Oracle Service Cloud services, Oracle does not permit the automated load or penetration testing of the Oracle B2C Service products or services by customers or any third-party not directly engaged by Oracle.
In regards to penetration testing, Oracle conducts 3rd party penetration tests against the B2C Application once a year. Customers can request the reports by contacting their Sales Account Manager. They will help work to acquire the data.
