Why do some of my segments to use with my outbound mailings have a size of zero?

Resolution:

Within the Oracle Service Cloud application, the VIEW_MAX_JOIN_SIZE configuration setting specifies the maximum number of rows that can be scanned by a view or segment when generating the database query. If your segment shows a zero count, the query used for the segment has exceeded the number of rows allowed in the configuration setting.

For Oracle Service Cloud, this configuration setting is hidden from view and must be set by an Oracle Service Cloud Technical Support staff member. Therefore, if your segments are showing zero counts, submit an Ask Technical Support request to our Technical Support group.
