Why do some of our incidents appear in red in our list of incidents?

Resolution:

Data exceptions are included in the system incident reports to display escalated incidents as red.

Within the report, you can configure how escalated incidents should display. For more information on customizing how escalated incidents display, refer to Answer ID 203: Changing the color of escalated incidents.
