403 Forbidden error when submitting an interview

What is a possible cause of the 403 Forbidden error for an Intelligent Advisor interview?

Environment:

Intelligent Advisor

Issue:

When submitting an Intelligent Advisor interview, the interview is not being submitted and I see this error in the Console logs: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden).

When checking the Network log, I can see this error: The connection is not authorized for use with this deployment.

When checking the Hub logs, I can see this error: OPA-EXT-02 The connection is not authorized for use with this deployment

Resolution:

This error is usually seen due to a workspace mismatch. Ensure that the connection used has access to the workspace that the deployment's workspace. 

A. To check the workspace used by the deployment, go to Intelligent Advisor Hub > Deployments > select your deployment > Settings > Workspace

B. To check the workspaces that were given access to the connection, go to Intelligent Advisor Hub > Connections > Connections > select the connection used with the interview > Connection Settings > Workspace access > make sure the workspace used by the deployment s checked.
