Why are Job Scheduler jobs running late after daylight savings time change?

Issue:

Our scheduled jobs are not updating based on daylight savings. We have gone into the Job Scheduler and clicked in the start date, and found by doing so the job times update from AEST to AEDT. After saving this configuration we have found jobs will run at their correct times. However, is this something we are expected to manually have to go in and update every six months when daylight savings starts or ends?
 
Resolution:
 
Yes, while there are plans to include automatic daylight savings time adjustment in the future, currently the Job Scheduler does not support such adjustment.
