Why do I get “The latest statistics data for this site is currently not available” message on the Statistics page in Configuration Assistant?
Environment:
Configuration Assistant, Government Data Centers
Resolution:
Information on the Statistics page of Configuration Assistant is dependent on the availability of a database that is separate from Configuration Assistant. Site statistics may not be available in Configuration Assistant in the following cases:
- The site is hosted at a UK/US government data center
- The site was created less than a month ago
If the error is appearing for a site when the above criteria do not apply please raise a service request for further investigation as the integration between Configuration Assistant and the backend database may be down.
