How do I enable a cron job on my test site?

Resolution:
The responsibility for managing cron jobs including configuration, enablement, maintenance and troubleshooting is now with Oracle Consulting Services (OCS). Oracle Consulting Services (OCS) will handle all cron job related tasks, including the examples below;
- Enable a cron job on a recently refreshed test site
- Change the schedule on a cron job
- Set up a cron job on a site
- Troubleshoot cron job errors
- Update the email recipients on a cron job notification
